포레시아 역사
1998년 이 그룹은 그룹의 이전 사업부에서 1987 년에 설립 된 PSA의 자회사인 ECIA(자동차 산업을 위한 장비 및 부품)와 자동차 시트 생산 업체인 Bertrand Faure의 합병으로 만들어졌습니다.
2001년 Faurecia는 자동차 공급 업체인 Sommer-Allibert를 인수했습니다. 2015년 12월 PSA는 처음으로 주식 자본의 50% 아래로 떨어졌고 지속적인 운영으로 인해 의결권의 46.4%와 63%로 낮아졌습니다.
2008년 말 경제 위기의 영향을 받아 1% 대비 0.8% (91.2백만 유로)로 매우 낮은 영업 이익률을 유지했습니다.
2009년 배기 가스배기가스 부문 세계 3위인 미국 회사 Emcon Technologies를 인수하면서 Faurecia는 유럽과 남미의 배기가스 제어 시장에서 입지를 강화합니다.
2010년 Plastal Germany와 Plastal Spain은 플라스틱 차체 부품(특히 스마트 미니 시티 자동차 용)을 전문으로했습니다.
-2012년 7월 복합 플라스틱과 유리 및 탄소 섬유 사용을 전문으로하는 Sora Composites의 자동차 활동 있습니다.
-2012년 8월 Plastal France 입니다.
-동시에 Faurecia는 특히 아시아의 국제 장비 제조업체와의 계약을 확대하고 있습니다.
2010년 중국에서 장비 제조업체 Xuyang Group, Limin 및 Changan와 계약을 체결했습니다.
-2012 년에 일본 제조업체와 두 가지 계약 :
-Howa Textile Industry Co와 함께 도어 패널, 내부 단열재 및 섬유 부품 전문 합작 회사를 설립했습니다.
-NHK Spring과 함께 : 중국과 미국에 자회사 설립에 관한 기술 및 상업적 계약입니다.
2015년 3월 Faurecia는 Dongfeng 및 서부 파트너와의 합작 투자를 발표했습니다. Faurecia는 재정적으로 어려움을 겪고 Saint-Die-des-Vosges의 Vosges에서 126명의 직원을 해고했습니다. 12월 Faurecia는 Plastic Omnium이 7,700 명의 직원을 고용하고 있는 6억 6,500만 유로에 Faurecia의 범퍼 사업을 인수할 계획이라고 발표했습니다.
2018년 3월 포레시아는 고출력 엔진의 배기 가스 정화 전문 스위스 회사인 Hug Engineering 인수를 발표했습니다. 10월 Faurecia는 Hitachi의 자회사인 일본 내비게이션 시스템 전문 기업인 Clarion을 13억 달러에 인수했다고 발표했습니다.
2019년 10월 PSA와 피아트 크라이슬러 자동차의 합병에 대한 폭로의 측면에서, 푸조는 자본의 46.3%와 의결권의 63.1%를 보유하고 있는 회사에서 철수를 발표했습니다.
